With all legal hassles, they make dispute impossible and understand that the ihg website can be misleading and dangerous. They did not address my issues or follow up on the information I gave them or make a real person want to see the evidence. Not with my emails, texts or phone calls. wow. ihg's best price guarantee program is similar to the 'pay what we think you'll pay' guarantee.

I spent 45 minutes on the phone with a guest relations agent (or customer service rep) ONLY to find out today (9:38pm CST) that my "issue" (regarding this TERRIBLE experience I had with deal) Vanessa had not even been informed by the manager! *NOTE: When checking in on 5/13/23, Rana (supervisor)...was apparently NOT informed that something had happened! ! !
Apparently there are no "active" managers on weekends! So almost... ANY Situation (or EMERGENCY like mine) MUST WAIT TILL MONDAY?!?!?
On 5/13/23 at 21:38 CST I left Muhammad (receptionist) my name and the phone number he provided. but also provide a call from him! ! !

My booking was made by my sister in law. Hotel charges must be charged to your card. When checking in the lady at the front desk asked for MY card and said nothing would be charged. When I checked out the next morning my card was charged with all fees. Mistake!
There was also a $25 fee that said it would be shipped back to me in 2-3 days. It's been more than 10 days and the payment has not been returned to my account. Mistake!
When I called to fix this error no one could help me and the girl who answered even laughed because it was funny. Mistake! No one took responsibility for these errors and did not try to help me and solve the problem. Very disappointed. I like the hotel. Please leave my $25 in my account. Thanks
